I'm no mercanic but I ordered a fuel filter online I put my regerstration number in and it told me what part I needed I drove 40 minutes there 40 minutes back to see that they had sold me the wrong part so I drove 40 minutes back to be told because I had tried to fit the part that I would have to pay for the right part so anyway they went and got another fuel filter and this time I only drove 5 minutes away to fit the part which again was the wrong part so I went back to the shop again to be told the computers had been shut down and to come back tomorrow which I refused and explained that this was not my fault and I needed the right part today which they did in the end not good for my first time in eurocar parts

Been using these for a while now, good prices, nearly everything always in stock and very helpful staff, just what you want.
Never acknowledge you when youre the only customer in the store waiting to be served. Waited 20 minutes for them to finally look up from the computer at me then walk into the back room. Decided not to use their service and hear them laughing at me as I leave. Awful customer service.
