Excellent service reliable
Recently had a quote for some paintwork to one of our cars, a relatively new BMW 2 series with a couple of car park scrapes. Sleep & Hill gave a very competitive price indeed, so we booked in the car for the work to be carried out.Not only was the job was carried out to a high standard, the car emerged looking in absolutely pristine condition, as they had cleaned and polished the whole car back to condition as new.Full marks to Sleep & Hill, they have a very satisfied customer who will return.I don't leave that many online reviews, but being a business owner myself, I do realise that others are more likely to leave a review if they have a gripe rather than if they receive good service, so I wanted to give praise where praise is due, to reflect the great service provided.
Horrendous! Rude staff member. Basically decided for us that we didnt want the car and closed the doors to the car and walked off. Lied about how long they had had the car for said they have only had it a few weeks but live local and know it has been sat there for at least 3 months.
If I could put no stars I would.The staff where rude. I went to look at a car when I got there I wasn't approached by staff when I was. I was greeted by a rude gentleman who seemed like he couldn't be bothered to be there. I won't be returning again and I'll be warning other people about them
Wanted to look at a car they had in stock. Asking a few questions about the car . The older gentlemen was rude and blunt in his answers and actively trying to move me on . How this garage is still open with this poor level of customer service is beyond me.Edit - the 5 stars reviews for this company are by the staff.
