Taken my car here for several years now for mot's and various mechanical work.Have always been very professional and efficient. Have a good range of used cars for sale also that are in a good condition. Would recommend using for any work that needs doing.
I Picked up my new car today, excellent customer service, the guys were really genuine and couldn't help enough. Thank you so much, they were really good with my daughter too, even put the car seat in for me. Highly recommended, will be using them for future Mots :)
Buying a used car can be stressful and often a bit of a gamble, but neither of these things worried me when we bought our car from the SouthWest Service Centre. Scott, Davey and the team went above and beyond to get us the right car without any stress, and our Golf has not missed a beat! We love it!! I can highly recommend this garage, and the 2 lovely chaps there! I bought a fabulous little car, and she has been as good as I'd hoped since purchasing her. In the last 2 weeks I have been all over the place in the car and its as reliable as they said, and a joy to drive up to Bournemouth and back. They are honest, warm and friendly. No patronizing me because I am a woman (thank God) They couldn't have been more helpful, and were happy to do a few bits and pieces to her before I picked her up, free of charge. And merely a nominal fee for a couple of extra things my husband asked them to do. They do not sell 'cheap and cheerful' bangers, they sell good quality vehicles. I shall use them from now on for my MOTs etc, and when we need to purchase a new car again (hopefully not for some years, after an appalling run of car bad luck!) they will be the first people I contact. Thank you guys, I am a very happy lady (but not quite so happy about the speeding ticket I think is about to drop through my letter box! Ho hum) A++++ all round.
I felt immediately at ease buying a car at this garage. I was a lone female with no car experience what so ever. The sales man told me what I should be looking for and told me what he would do to hand me over a car, in excellent second hand condition. This included cam belt, MOT and service plus a full valet. The car also needed 2 tyres and break pads so this too was done before collection. The offer for good aftercare and advice, with a discount on future services was very much appreciated. My mechanic has recently retired and I feel I can trust this garage to deal with my cars in the future. I have driven away this weekend having faith that I have bought a good car from an honest garage.
