Came out and supposedly diagnosed the problem. I paid 65 for this he said he would call back after the weekend. That was 12 months ago and still havent had a call. Awful service
Very poor service.charged me 65 pounds call out fee which i WASN,NT TOLD ABOUT,25 pounds for an isolator valve,still never sorted the problem out,never use them again.
We had fantastic service from Caradoc, the engineer travelled to our caravan from Plymouth, arrived at the agreed time and day. When he arrived he introduced himself, shook hands and was very polite but friendly. The problem with our toilet was very quickly sorted and didn't cost as much as the telephone quote, due to not needing a pump. We can heartilly recommend them.
