Pete and his lads moved us from 1 house into storage and a few weeks later from storage into new house. Nothing was too much trouble for them, dismantled furniture one end and put it together at the other. Very reasonably priced and very efficient.
By far the best Removals experience we have had. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very timely and the men were extremely polite and efficient, with a very high work rate. A large divan mattress caused problems on the staircase and without any fuss, they whipped a door off its hinges to allow the extra room needed, got the bed down and had the door hanging again within minutes. Peter was calm and reassuring and coped with a change of date at fairly short notice, followed by an unexpected request for several weeks storage. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Turned up on time and I do feel bad about the rest of my review but unfortunately not good broke the bottom of bedroom door which I will now have to pay to have fixed, broke the top off of a large Rum Pot that was my grandfathers, Dent in fridge freezer side and top top it all items left in garage, I have had to pay another firm SAS removals to come back on a good Friday to deliver what was left. More money not happy. I tried to phone P&O 4 times to let them know what was left and they did not pick up.
Outstanding service from start to finish. P & O Removals were efficient and professional at all times, as well as being polite, clean and extremely helpful - unlike some other removal firms I have encountered. I will not hesitate to use P & O again. A highly recommended removal and storage company. Thank you.
Absolutely appalling. Let down last min by these guys with a 4 bed house to be moved and having sorted storage. No voice message or email stating I had lost my slot. I only found out because I emailed the address of where my property was to be taken for storage. Never felt so let down by a service. 1 week before moving let down terrible. Will not be recommending. I thought the service was amazing until then. Can't be worse. As if moving isn't stressful enough. Disgraceful.
