Staff very friendly, helpful and prices are reasonable for out if town jewellers, a good selection of items, also do jewellery repairs, watch batteries.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATCH TO BE REPAIRED HERE! Saphira jewellers has had my watch for two weeks, and I've been to collect it twice. I initially took it in to have the glass replaced, but when i came in the first time to collect it, the glass fell straight back out again, the second i put it on my wrist. I've just collected it for a second time and although the face is now secure, it seems to of been repaired by a todler, with scratches and scraps all over the face, and in addition the second hand will now no longer work. I will not be returning there ever again, and i'd warn others not to either.
