Very helpful and accommodating, good systems for ordering repeat prescriptions and usually quite easy to see a doctor.
Yes they're sometimes hard to get hold of, but name me a doctor's surgery which isn't hard to get hold of.More importantly the doctor's and nurses are thorough, professional, and treat me and my family with respect and have dealt with every issue we've brought to them. Thank you!
Rang up, asked to re-book an appointment. Said I still couldn't make that day but she booked me in for that day anyway and then hung up. Not happy.
Always helpful and do their best within the constraints imposed by the NHS. Appointment times tend to drift a bit, which is down to the stupidly short consult times the government have forced onto GPs.
They don't answer phone calls on Monday morning , because they're BUSY !
