Thought Kelvin was good until After sales. Nice Guy, Did a good job. Fitted lights and Extractor fans. (UNTIL AFTERWARDS. ) Kelvin DID A TEST OF ALL ELECTRICS AT OUR HOME. ONCE PAID, you may as well KISS GOOD BYE TO AFTER SALES , NO PROMISED, TEST CERTIFICATE. TRIED CONTACTING 7 TIMES , EMAIL AND PHONE. NO ANSWER. NO CERTIFICATE. OVER A YEAR WAITING FOR CERTIFICATE AND STILL WAITING.." I DON'T GET IT. YOU DO THE HARD WORK TESTING AND FITTING. WHY NOT FINISH WITH THE TEST CERTIFICATE, SURELY IT DOESN'T COST THAT MUCH TIME .
