We were all set to buy a car from here today but due to Stephen Crowder's appalling attitude and patronising manner, we walked away, drove to another garage and bought elsewhere. The part ex price he gave us was irrelevant. However to try to mislead us saying it needed 4 new tyres when two were 6 months old was unfair and not what we expect from a main landrover dealer. He was argumentative and unpleasant to deal with. Having been a landrover customer for the last 4 years, its not the standard of service weve ever experienced and would never do business with this dealership now.
As usual, be it a repair, a service, a spare part or a possible vehicle change a visit to Roger Young Land Rover is trouble free and productive.
