Ordered a beautiful specialised tarmac from here this week online. I had to get in touch to clarify a couple of things and was dealt with so courteously and professionally I was shocked. My issues were dealt with and my bike was delivered lunchtime today (next day). Absolutely delighted by the entire experience and will be spending my money with them for all my accessories. Cant beat great service. Highly recommend.

Staff are a pleasure to deal with. I live 400 mile north of Certini. I have bought 3 bikes from here as there better to deal with my local dealer, my friends now buy there stuff here too, cant recommend this cycle shop enough.
